Who We Are Bennett-Hall Company has its roots dating back to 1976 when the present senior management opened a franchise office of a national staffing company.  Through the years, the franchise always ranked in the top 10 in the country by providing superior service and ideas to the Charlotte/Gastonia and Lincolnton marketplace. In 1987, the franchise was sold and the senior management elected to stay in Charlotte to form a new company, Bennett-Hall Company.  Our philosophy is simple and stays the same, added value to our client’s mission statement. A staffing company is only as good as the people managing it.  Bennett-Hall Company has a combined staff experience of over 60 years in the industry.  We retain our associates better than the industry average which means you do not have to constantly re-teach us your business.
