C. Cliff Edahl - President
Cliff is President of Bennett-Hall Company and has over 25 years experience in the staffing industry with national and local firms serving the Charlotte market. A graduate of Wake Forest University, he serves on numerous civic and church committees, is an active member of the American Staffing Association, the US Chamber of Commerce and the local chapter of the North Carolina Association of Personnel Services. Cliff has lived in Charlotte for 40 years.
Jan Rudisill - Operations Manager
Jan is a Charlotte native and has been with Bennett-Hall Company since 1997. She brings her knowledge of customer service, recruiting and personnel management to Bennett-Hall and our clients. Jan is responsible for all recruiting, placement, and management of contract and temporary employees in the Charlotte area. In addition she manages the day-to-day interaction with our Charlotte based clients.
Chris Paine - Staffing Operations Support Specialist
Chris has been with Bennett-Hall Company since 2004 as both Staff Supervisor and Office Manager. He has 20 years experience in warehouse/manufacturing operations and 10 years experience in sales and customer service. He currently recruits for all three Bennett-Hall markets, and is in charge of our internet recruiting operations, web-site development, and payroll/billing functions at Bennett-Hall.
Arouna McEwen - Senior Account Executive
Arouna joins Bennett-Hall Company as Senior Account Executive for the greater Charlotte region. She is a graduate of UNC Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Elementary Education and Psychology. Arouna brings 10 years of account development and management to the company and is responsible for developing cost effective staffing solutions for clients and potential clients of Bennett-Hall Company.
Elaine Barrett - Office Manager (Gastonia)
Elaine has over 15 years (more than 10 with Bennett-Hall Co.) in the operations side of the staffing industry. Elaine has worked with both local and national staffing firms. As Office Manager of our Gastonia branch, her primary focus is on recruiting and staffing for our clients. Elaine also brings extensive knowledge of the textile industry through her supervisory and management experience prior to joining Bennett-Hall. A native of the Gaston area, Elaine has a unique understanding of the labor market here providing superior results for our client companies.
