C. Cliff Edahl - President
Cliff is President of Bennett-Hall Company and has over 30 years experience in the staffing industry with national and local firms serving the Charlotte market. A graduate of Wake Forest University, he has extensive experience in management, sales, and operations. Cliff has lived in Charlotte for over 40 years.
Jan Rudisill, CSP - Operations Manager
Jan is a Certified Staffing Professional and has 14 years experience in the staffing industry; all of it with Bennett-Hall Company. She is a Charlotte native and has extensive experience in recruiting, personnel management, and customer service. Jan is responsible for all recruiting, placement, and management of contract and temporary employees in the Charlotte area. In addition, she is responsible for the day-to-day interaction with our Charlotte based clients.
Chris Paine, CSP - Staffing Operations Support Manager
Chris joined Bennett-Hall Company in 2004 as a staffing coordinator at our Gastonia office. Through the years he has served as both Staff Supervisor and Office Manager at our Gastonia and Lincolnton branches. With over 20 years experience in warehouse and manufacturing operations and 10 years experience in sales and customer service; Chris understands the staffing needs of a wide range of industries and services. He currently works at our Charlotte location assisting the recruiting efforts for all Bennett-Hall markets, and is in charge of our internet operations, web-site development and maintenance, and payroll/billing functions at Bennett-Hall.
Otescia Johnson, CSP - Office Manager
Otescia is a native Carolinian with staffing experience in both our industry and the United States Army. She has over 10 years experience in supervision, recruiting, and managing employees in various and diverse workplace environments. Otescia is currently responsible for recruiting, staffing, and client relations, at our Gastonia location.
