C. Cliff Edahl – President

Cliff is President of Bennett-Hall Company and has over 25 years experience in the staffing industry with national and local firms serving the Charlotte market.  A graduate of Wake Forest University, he serves on numerous civic and church committees, is an active member of the American Staffing Association, the US Chamber of Commerce and the local chapter of the North Carolina Association of Personnel Services. Cliff has lived in Charlotte for 40 years. 

Lourdes G. Kistler – General Manager – Operations

Lourdes has been associated with Bennett-Hall Company for over 20 years as a client, vendor, consultant and now General Manager of Operations since 2003.  She brings a wide array of experience in human resources, workers compensation, recruiting and office operations to Bennett-Hall and our clients.  In addition, she has full command of the Spanish language, offering bi-lingual support to some of our client companies.  Lourdes has resided in the Charlotte area for over 30 years and is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte.

Jan Rudisill – Operations Manager

Jan is a Charlotte native and has been with Bennett-Hall Company since 1997.  She brings her knowledge of customer service, recruiting and personnel management to Bennett-Hall and our clients.  Jan is responsible for all recruiting, placement, and management of contract and temporary employees in the Charlotte area.  In addition she manages the day-to-day interaction with our Charlotte based clients.    

John W. Finger – Senior Account Manager

John has over 16 years experience in the staffing industry, eleven of those years with Bennett-Hall Company.  As Senior Account Manager, John brings his vast knowledge of the local market to our clients in peak period staffing, project staffing, and temp-to -hire solutions.  In addition, he is responsible for special search assignments with our clients.  John is a native North Carolinian, is a graduate of Appalachian State University and has lived in Gaston County for over 30 years.


Chris Paine – Office Manager

Chris has been with Bennett-Hall Company since 2004 as both Staff Supervisor and Office Manager.  He has 20 years experience in warehouse/manufacturing operations and 10 years experience is sales and customer service.  He currently recruits for all three Bennett-Hall markets, and is in charge of our internet recruiting operations, web-site development, and payroll/billing functions at Bennett-Hall.

Missy McLamb - Office Manager

Missy joined Bennett-Hall in 2006 as Office Manager for our Gastonia branch.  A native of Gaston county, she has over 10 years human resources experience in medical offices and the staffing industry.  She is a graduate of North Carolina State University, hold the CTS and CPC designation for our industry and is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Gastonia office.

Wanda Creedmore - Staffing Coordinator

Wanda joined Bennett-Hall Company in 2006 as Staff Coordinator of our Gastonia office.  She has over 20 years experience in customer service, hiring, training and support for various industries.  Wanda is in charge of the day-to-day recruiting and placement of our employess in the Gaston County market.
